Parker has forever been passionate about photography, heavy machinery, and urban development. He has spent the past decade working for the City of Malibu, capturing a wide variety of infrastructure, commercial, and residential projects in all phases of construction- from groundbreaking to ribbon cutting. He has also has experienced some of California’s largest natural disasters, documenting its response, recovery, and rebuilding efforts.
Collaborating closely with building officials, contractors, and property owners, Parker demonstrates a strong understanding of the operations behind every successful project, creating high-quality visuals to convey its story to stakeholders and the community at large.
